Moul Home and Foundation are committed to the privacy of its supporters’ contributions.  Information you provide will not be used for any other commercial philanthropic purpose, nor will this information be given, lent, or sold to another individual or organization.

• IRS Disclosure - A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll free within Pennsylvania, 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.

• HIPAA – The Margaret E. Moul Home adheres to the regulations set forth under the Hospital Insurance Portability an Accountability Act (HIPAA) which provides for the privacy and security of our residents’ health and personal information.

• Corporate Compliance - The Margaret E. Moul Home is committed to the highest legal and ethical standards as they relate to the delivery of health care services.  The Home’s Corporate Compliance Program sets forth standards of conduct to be followed by all employees, professional staff, contractors and vendors.  If you have any questions or concerns about compliance issues you are encouraged to discuss these issues with the appropriate manager.  A Corporate Compliance Hotline is also available for you to report your concern confidentially, 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 717-764-4007.
